Review:
The bellmen did a great job - the grounds were maintained immaculately - the children ran up and down the hall - the bar restaurant was nice for lunch - the pool was worth a visit - the cottages were under renovation - $25 resort fee per day - no wireless access available in the room
Next to Biltmore area and restaurants - True Food restaurant with great food nearby - chocolate covered strawberries and champagne were prepared for guest for their anniversary - mediocre Frank and Albert's food - the carpet was filthy - dark curtains with dirty edges - free chips and salsa on Saturday - the beer was a bit priced - $4 for coffee - no coffee pot in room - perfect spa
Rooms in Ocotillo Building was highly recommended - free breakfast & snacks in daytime and wine & beer in the evenings for "Club Level" service - plenty of out-door seating - double sinks & separate toilet area in bathroom - flat screen TV in room - new Ocotillo rooms with offering free breakfast
