Visiting Phoenix would not be complete without going to Chase Field. Chase Field in downtown Phoenix is formerly known as Bank One Ballpark. It is the very first baseball ground that was built with a natural grassy field, air conditioner and a retractable roof which can be closed in just a matter of 5 minutes.
The intention behind building this retractable roof is to safeguard the people who are in the area if in case the weather becomes unpleasant; particularly, when it rains.
Baseball fans will never be disappointed by the great games that are being held there. The state of the art facility will definitely give them a special treat, especially during game days.
If in case you are not a baseball aficionado, going to Chase Field is still a worthwhile experience because it has other facilities which you will find exciting. A day or night of fun can be spent there with friends because it boasts of its grill bar, the Friday's Front Row Sports Grill, which is opened everyday from 11 a.m. to 12 midnight.
There are televisions scattered inside the grill restaurant. From those screens, you can watch the game in the field while it is going on. During game days, you can contact the establishment to buy tickets or get them from ticket outlets.
One ticket will entitle you to a free treat at Friday's Front Row Sports Grill. You can have a taste of the good food in there as well as their refreshing drinks.
