Three types of guided tours are offered at Chase Field. All tours at the stadium last about 75 minutes. If you're having a Chase Field tour, please dress accordingly as this is a walking tour and most tour routes are not air-conditioned.

- Pre-Game Tours

Pre-game tours can be conducted according to 2011 Season Schedule. This special limited tour is provided only before night games on Friday and Saturday. The tour time is arranged at 3:30 pm on Fridays and 2 pm on Saturdays. Each person will be charged $7 for a pre-game tour. Visitors who want to have a pre-game tour must have a ticket for that night's game. Besides, the parking validations cannot apply to pre-game tours.

Reservations for the unique tour can be made by calling 602-514-8400 or 800-777-4664. Tour tickets can be purchased online or at the main box office at Chase Field in person. Tickets are also sold by phone.

- Group Tours

Group tours are offered on a year-round schedule from Monday to Saturday. Two group tours are offered each day: 10:30 am and 12 pm. Group tours are designed for groups of 25 people and more with a discount rate of $5 each person. The afternoon group tour times are flexible and can be arranged to accommodate your schedules.

Group tours to Chase Field must be reserved with a deposit at least two weeks prior to your visit. Please call the Tour Department at 602-462-6554 to check availability of your preferred tour dates and to make your reservations.

- Public Tours

Scheduled for individuals, public tours are available year round from Monday to Saturday. You can be only admitted to Chase Field at tour times: 9:30 am, 11 am and 12:30 pm. For public tours, adults admission is $7 while seniors and children aged 7-12 only need $5. Kids between 4 and 6 years old have an admission fee of $3. Children less than 4 years old are admitted free.

2) Backpacks, large bags, food and drink (except water) are not allowed to carry on Chase Field tours. But you can take photos during the tours with cameras or video cameras. Cellphone and pagers are also allowed to use if you do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the tour.

3) There're no tours on major holidays, special events and the days of day games. And the play field is not included in the tours.

4) All tours are wheelchair accessible and wheelchairs are available if you need them. You can request a wheelchair at the Tour Ticket Window before your tours, since elevators are used several times during the tours. If you have any difficulty, please let your tour guide know in advance.
