Hosting an Event at Arizona Facility/Rental Service:

Arizona Science Center is a great place for 'out of the world' event hosting. Hosting your event in such cool serenity and science-based environment is a great idea. To get information on facility rental service, you need to contact the Facility Sales Manager. The contact phone number is 602-716-2021.

Other Things You Should Know:

If you don't have any catering plan for your event, the Arizona Science Center works with a special preferred catering list. You can find more about ASC (Arizona Science Center) catering service by contacting the facility rental and pricing information department on 602-716-2021.

There's also bar service option offered. Note that you cannot bring your own alcohol as no outside alcohol is allowed into the facility.

Facility Rental Pricing Information:

Arizona Science Center facility rental pricing is based on four hours of the scheduled event time, and extra time for setting up and dismantling of equipments. If you want time extension, the pricing is on hourly basis. The Arizona Science Center is open all through the year from 10am - 5pm except on Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Gallery spaces and main visitor circulation areas are made available for renting from 7:00 am - 9:00am, and from 5pm to 2am as extended time in several occasions. You can also take on the outdoor terraces for your event from 7am to 2am.

Seating is provided on the basis of first come first serve in the form of banquet rounds as well as samsonite seats.
