Service here was excellent and very attentive - the hotel was clean and well-maintained - rooms were spacious and well decorated - pool was private and clean - had a free wine tasting for hotel guests - wonderful glass elevators that overlooked downtown Phoenix - the beds were so soft
Lobby had a tasteful desert theme and was warm and inviting - bathroom had complementary toothpaste - front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating - a nice fountain area separated from the pool to lay out in
Fitness center was extensive, especially for a predominantly business hotel - hotel was very quiet - bar downstairs and the common area were all very impressive - housekeeping staff was great - there was a car rental place near the hotel - parking garage is only a half a block away from the hotel - bathroom was nice and the hotel shampoo smelled delicious and the towels were soft
