Known as the largest and busiest airport in Arizona, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is also the largest commercial airport in the American Southwest. The airport has a rich history since it operated prior to 1935. Sky Harbor owns more than 120 aircraft gates in three Terminals: Terminal 2, Terminal 3 and Terminal 4. An average of 1,232 aircraft operations takes off at the airport every day.

From the North - Drive southbound on I-17 S toward Exit 202. Take exit 200A for I-10 W for Tucson. Keep to the left at the fork and follow signs for I-10 E to merge onto I-10 E. Head on and take exit 149 toward Sky Harbor. Merge onto E Sky Harbor Blvd and keep right at the folk.

From Scottsdale/ North Tempe/ North Mesa - Take AZ-101 Loop S and take exit 51 to merge onto AZ-202 Loop W. Continue to take exit 1A to merge onto I-10 E. Drive along I-10 E and take exit 149 toward Sky Harbor. Then you can merge onto E Sky Harbor Blvd and stay to your right at the folk.

From the South - If you're coming from the south, take US-60 W to AZ-101 Loop. Drive along AZ-101 Loop N to AZ-202 Loop. Then you need to continue to proceed on AZ-202 Loop W to Sky Harbor International Airport exit.

Phoenix transit bus service is available to and from the PHX. Both METRO Light Rail and Route 13 serve airport passengers. If you're tired of finding parking lots at the airport, take advantage of the public transportation system for optimal convenience.

METRO links with Sky Harbor International Airport at 44th and Washington Streets in conjunction with free PHX Airport shuttle services.
